It’s impossible not to mention Ferrari when you discuss Italy, the image of the prancing horse conjures up before the eyes such as the charm of the Ferrari.

We picked up a mesmerising Ferrari California T in a tantalising bright colour. . Italy and Ferrari are synonymous to each other often referred to as the soul of Italy and not just a machine . It oozes emotions for the people who make it. Its actually a work of art manifested in metal rather than canvas and what better way to and discover Lake Como and Italian alps than zipping around in an achingly beautiful red convertible  Ferrari.

The comes loaded with 560 horses, cranking from 4 litre twin-turbo V8 engine. SUCH ENORMOUS POWER PROPELS THE CAR FROM 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.6seconds and tops out at a speed of 315km/h.

For inside every Italian city, a car is completely not needed. But if you plan to hop towns by taking day trips, then you must definitely set off on an Italian road trip!

With its trendy high-end stores, countless twisting avenues to wander, and plenty of lovely buildings to enjoy, there’s enough to keep you occupied.

Glorious and sophisticated, sporty and luxury, the Ferrari California is the perfect car to compliment your road trip to Lake Como, into the town of Bellagio and further to the alps.

Here is a brief list featuring the best things I did in lake Como.

  • Stroll the picturesque streets of Bellagio

we drove further to Swiss town of Lugano into Switzerland and back.

Cinque Terre

In order to experience the acceleration once again, we planned to go the beautiful town of cinque Terre. The picture-perfect Cinque Terre is a great place to visit, especially for those who may want to get that perfect shot for Instagram.

I absolutely loved to pose on a convertible, to race in the super fast car and to hear the engine rev. I know I’ll be back.
